Organic production methods aim to produce food by avoiding the use of agrochemical inputs and so minimise damage to the environment and wildlife. Billington's organic cane sugars are fully certified by the Soil Association which ensures that they meet all current UK and EU standards on organic sugar processing.

Our organic unrefined sugars are simply and carefully processed. We take great care over the sourcing of our organic sugars. All our suppliers are dedicated organic farmers who are committed to creating an environment of sustainability and biodiversity.
