Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Closing date for entries will be the last Monday of the month
2. Promoted by Billington’s, a brand of British Sugar plc (“the Promoter”), Oundle Road, Peterborough, PE2 9QU
3. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK except for employees and families of Billington’s, British Sugar plc, their agents or any other company directly connected with the administration of the prize draw.
4. The winning entries will be drawn on the last Tuesday of the month and the winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the draw.
5. The prize and prize value will differ each month.
6. Responsibility will not be accepted for lost, corrupted or incomplete entries.
7. No cash equivalent is available.
8. The prize is non-transferable.
9. Only one entry per individual.
10. No third party or bulk entries.
11. No purchase necessary.
12. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternative winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion. In the event that a winner declines his or her prize/s, the Promoter may elect, at its discretion, to select an alternative winner.
13. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
14. By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and instructions and to be bound by them.
15. Any personal information supplied by the entrant in connection with this competition will be used solely to fulfil any prize/s where applicable and for no other purpose.
