Billington's Fairtrade sugars are sourced from Malawi, one of the world's least developed countries. Like all our other sugars they are natural and unrefined, which means natural flavour and colour for all your sweetening needs. The Fairtrade premium paid helps fund development projects such as providing safe drinking water and the building of community health clinics.

Fairtrade Golden Granulated cane sugar

The perfect Fairtrade sugar for everyday use, with a light golden colour and subtle flavour. Ideal with Fairtrade tea, sprinkled on cereals and fruit, and wherever you would use granulated sugar.

Fairtrade Demerara cane sugar

The ideal sweetener for Fairtrade coffee. Its rich flavour and crunchy texture also makes it a great topping for fruit, sundaes and grilled grapefruit. Also excels in cakes, biscuits and crumbles.
