Here at Billington's we have a fantastic collection of recipes using our finest sugars. We are continually updating these, so check at the beginning of every month, when we add brand new recipes to the site.

From fresh and exciting starters to truly irresistible desserts, our recipes draw inspiration from the past and present and from all corners of the globe.

We have recipes for special occasions as well as quick and simple midweek meals.

In honour of Billington's celebrating 150 years of experience in producing unrefined sugars Sue Lawrenc; winner of masterchef, writer and author of a number of hugely popular recipe books, has written a number of tantalising recipes to tempt you and your family.
