Breakfast Sandwich with Ketchup

Method

  1. First make the ketchup. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and overnight for the flavours to develop. This ketchup recipe makes approx. 750ml bottle and should last for 3 weeks in the fridge.
  4. To assemble your sandwich, toast your muffins on each side.
  5. Fry your eggs and bacon until cooked.
  6. Place your fried egg, bacon, cheese and a large dollop of your Billington’s Ketchup inside your muffins, serve and enjoy!
